How about the warranty & return policy?

1) Warranty: 1 or 2 years warranty
(1) We offer one or two years warranty for our products, and we could offer 1% ~2% spare parts together with the order.
(2) If there is any defect units(not men-made factor) within three month, we can replace a new one to our customer, and both us should afford the freight on each sides ; if there is any defect units on warranty, we can repair the units free for you, and our customers should pay for all the freight .
 
2), The item's warranty becomes invalid: 
(1) If damaged is caused by: Undue wear & tear, dirt, misused, improper installation or operation, neglect, accident.
(2) If the warranty seal is removed or damaged.
(3) If the item was opened, removed any parts of the item or repaired by unauthorized person.
 
Our certified technicians will test all items before shipment.
Mail us immediately once you find the products have any problem. We will offer you a return number to return the item if needed. The returned item will not be checked or repaired without the return number.
